Live streams shown on the Live pages are transmitted directly from Chaturbate's platform through Chaturbate's own embedded player under its affiliate programme. Chaturbate is the operator of those streams and maintains the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for the performers who appear on its platform; its compliance statement is linked from the footer of every chaturbate.com page ("18 U.S.C. 2257 Record Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement"). Nothing from those streams is stored, recorded or re-hosted by TubeXYZ.
