1. Who we are

TubeXYZ is operated by ID4S (iDesign4Solutions), a business owned by Rikky Gutierrez, United States. Contact details are on the contact page.

2. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use this site. Where the law requires independent age assurance, explicit material is not shown until you complete verification with an approved provider.

3. What the service is

TubeXYZ is a discovery guide. We list titles with their source, licence and rights status. Playback happens on the rights holder's authorised player or on the partner's site. Live cams are streamed by Chaturbate from its own platform through its embedded player; any purchase, chat or account you make there is governed by Chaturbate's terms, not ours. We do not host user uploads; member uploads are a planned feature that stays switched off until our compliance gates are met.

3a. Explicit content and where it is shown

Explicit material is shown only after you confirm you are an adult, and only in locations where the law does not require independent age verification. Where it does (currently 26 US states, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Australia, as we understand the law at the date on this page), explicit pages are withheld entirely. We review that list as laws change; it is not legal advice.

4. Your conduct

Do not scrape, mirror, or re-upload anything you find here, do not attempt to bypass the age gate or regional controls, and do not submit reports or applications you know to be false.
